The driver will not be able to wheel the delivery across any uneven surface such as grass, gravel or up or down steps and will not unload the items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. If there are any issues with the access to your property, please contact us before your order is dispatched so that we can discuss possible alternative arrangements – failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.
