Please refer to the performance curves for more information. The fan is available in 3 sizes and comes with a high quality, long life motor that is continuously rated. The casing is plastic and this listing also includes mounting brackets, meaning the fan can be installed at any angle. VK Plastic Range Features: Corrosion resistant Plastic Waterproof terminal boxes Single phase AC motor with dynamic balanced impeller Overheating protection with automatic restart Maintenance free ball bearing motors designed for at least 40,000 hours operation Motor protection rating: IP44 The fan has a single speed motor but can be used in conjunction with a variable speed controller if you wish to manipulate the speed (see accessories below). This product would need to be wired to the fan by an electrician. This fan comes with a lead and plug attached – therefore simply plugs into a power point. An electrician is not required to perform installation. However, please be aware that you will require an electrician if you choose to use this fan in conjunction with hardwired accessories, including but not limited to speed controllers. The lead attached to the fan is 1m in length. Important Notice: A member of our technical team will install the lead and plug to the fan.
