It comes with a timer that can be set to 30 seconds to 20 minutes and an adjustable humidity sensor that can be set to 40 to 80% of R.H. The Humidity Sensor is designed for use in a laundry or bathroom where humidity is generated by appliances. The fan can be connected to a duct so the air may be exhausted out of the house. It also has a built-in back draft shutter (a clear plastic flap at the back) to stop warm air from escaping or external air from coming in through the fan.
