Each pack contains 6 bases, each thoughtfully individually wrapped to preserve their freshness. They are ready for you to enjoy a gluten-free treat with your loved ones. Our bases are not only gluten-free but also free from lactose, wheat, GMOs, palm oil, hydrogenated fat, artificial colours, nuts, and soy, ensuring a wholesome and inclusive experience. We take pride in sourcing all our organic dough from the Pillitteri family members based in the UK. While many have attempted to master the art of pizza-making, the traditional techniques of dough preparation have regrettably waned over time, impacting the authentic quality and taste of Neapolitan Italian pizza. Fortuitously, the Pillitteri family has steadfastly upheld these time-honoured practices since the 1900s, passing down the craftsmanship of dough preparation through generations.
